This license is required to use the
Symmetrical Multi Processing (SMP) features of SCO OpenServer. One of
these licenses is required for each CPU beyond the 1st. (i.e., if your
server has 4 CPUs, you need 3 of these licenses to use the SMP features of SCO
OpenServer.
